Save Issues
If a clip is not saving, refresh the video page and make sure you're signed in to an account that can already view it. ClipKeeper is for use with GameChanger® on web.gc.com.
Pro License Activation
After purchase, copy your license key from the confirmation page. Click the ClipKeeper icon in Chrome, paste your key, and click "Activate".
File Format (MP4 or .ts)
ClipKeeper saves files in their original format: MP4 for newer clips, or .ts (MPEG Transport Stream) for older archived games. Both play in VLC, Windows Media Player, and most modern video players. Need help turning a .ts into MP4? Email support@getclipkeeper.com.
