Is this legal?

New GameChanger clips download as MP4 — widely compatible, plays on any device including phones and social apps. Older archived games still arrive as .ts (MPEG Transport Stream), GameChanger's original streaming format, which plays in VLC and Windows Media Player. Does ClipKeeper work on mobile?
