How much does ClipKeeper cost?+
ClipKeeper is free forever with 3 local saves per week. ClipKeeper Pro is $5 per month billed monthly, or $29 per year billed annually (roughly $2.42 per month).
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from the extension options page. Pro features stay active through the end of the current billing period, and you are never billed again after cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. Within 7 days of purchase, email support@getclipkeeper.com for a full refund, no questions asked, if the extension is not working for you.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?+
Free gives you 3 local saves a week with smart file naming, plenty for the casual weekend game. Pro unlocks unlimited saves, batch saving whole games, player filtering, full game video backup (MP4), and priority support, built for parents archiving a whole season.
Do I need an account?+
Yes. You need a GameChanger account, and since GameChanger keeps highlight clips and full game video behind its paid Premium plan, that account needs an active Premium subscription to view them. ClipKeeper only saves what you can already watch; it does not unlock new content or get around a subscription.
Is there a family or team plan?+
Not yet. For now, each Pro license covers one Chrome profile. Contact support@getclipkeeper.com if you need multiple seats and we will work something out.
